The Plain Facts

12 million African children have lost one or both parents to AIDS.

Women count for approximatly two thirds (65%) of all adults estimated to be living with HIV/AIDS in Kenya.

AIDS is the leading cause of death in Africa, and the 4th leading cause of death in the world.

More than 50% of primary-age children don't go to school.
